Carl, Mike and Todd use their collective strengths to coordinate Soccer Dynamics. All three directors are natives of Needham, MA, where Carl and Todd played on Needham's 1977 undefeated, unscored upon championship side. All three still actively participate in and coach a variety of sports.

Carl Tarabelli

As former captain of Boston University men's soccer team, Carl combines his playing expertise and organizational skill to provide effective management of camp operations. Carl has been coaching at the youth, high school and club levels for over 25 years. He is currently the Varsity Girl's coach at Needham High School and New England Eagles Futbol Club (NEEFC) girls U16 coach. Carl holds a NSCAA Advanced National Diploma.

Todd White

The former head men's and women's coach of the University of the South, as well as Tennessee Olympic Development State Coach, Todd is responsible for designing the training program. Todd oversees all the elements of tactical and technical player development. He is a devotee of "cut-catch" dribbling development, "technical progressions" and "quick ankle" movements, teaching each of these to all campers. While waiting for Soccer Camp, Todd practices law and dreams of the pitch.

Mike Heffernan

Mike Heffernan currently resides in Sutton Mills, NH and is the General Manager for the Dining Service at Colby-Sawyer College. His responsibilities at Camp include the overseeing of the meals, photographing the players/staff, coordinating the Health Services Team, and assisting Carl with some of the non-soccer related activities. Although Mike never played organized soccer, having played football and lacrosse for Middlebury College instead, he has learned enough from Soccer Dynamics to qualify him as a volunteer Youth Coach. Mike also moonlights as a Youth Lacrosse Coach and Asst. Coach for Kearsarge Regional H.S., the reigning DIV III State Champions. Go Cougars!!!!!!!!
